Drop the Claude plugin GitHub links. Install, verify, and recovery live in this repo, and the checker forbids pointing at other plugin repositories. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

validate-install-docs.mjs+ tests and wires them into CI. The checker requires Verify and forbids links to other plugin GitHub repos, legacyJFROG_URL, and Jira ticket keys.Test plan
